1. Orders

  • Where can I view my order status? You can track your order in the Order History section of your account.
  • Can I cancel or change my order? Orders can only be modified or cancelled by contacting our support team. Please visit the Returns & Cancellations section for more info.
  • Do I need an account to place an order? No account is required — but creating one allows you to track orders and manage returns more easily.

2. Shipping

  • How I can get my order? We ship worldwide! Track your order with a provided tracking number as it makes its way to you. You can also pick up your order at our pickup location.
  • When will my order ship? Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Some products may ship from different warehouses.
  • How much is shipping? Shipping costs vary based on location, size, and weight. You’ll see exact rates at checkout.

3. Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept? We offer secure payment options to protect your information and ensure a smooth checkout process. Multiple payment methods are available, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, ApplePay, ShopPay and more.
  • Can I pay in installments? Currently, we do not offer installment or financing options.
  • When will I be charged for my order? You’ll be charged once your order is confirmed. For items requested from the manufacturer, charges may apply after availability is confirmed.
  • Why was my payment declined? Check that all billing details are entered correctly and that your card has sufficient funds. If the issue persists, please contact your payment provider.

4. Returns & Cancellations

  • What’s your return policy? You can return most items within 30 days. Please see our Returns Policy for details and conditions.
  • What if I received a damaged item? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not refuse the shipment — manufacturers don’t cover shipping costs for refused packages.
  • How do I cancel a recent order? To cancel an order, please reach out via the contact form below. Cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to fees.

5. Product & Compatibility

  • How do I check if a part fits my RV? Use the compatibility tool on the product page. Enter your RV details or VIN to confirm fit.
  • How do I search for parts by RV model? You can enter your RV model to find all compatible parts or search using keywords, catalog numbers, or MFG numbers (if available). Alternatively, you can browse by category to find the parts you need.
  • Do you sell parts for all brands? We specialize in Keystone RV, CrossRoads, and Dutchmen. For other makes, many parts may still fit — use the filters to explore options.
  • Can I buy factory-original parts here? Yes! Elk Mountain is the only online store offering genuine OEM Keystone parts with direct shipping.
  • Can I find replacement parts for discontinued models? Yes, we stock parts for many discontinued models. Availability depends on the specific part and model.
